Our vision at Cozy Cabin is to provide safe, comfortable homes for the private rental sector. We want out tenants to enjoy living in the homes we provide and feel at home living there. We do this by providing Landlords with a hands-free property letting management services where we offer guaranteed rent for a fixed number of years and take care of the day-to-day management of both the property and tenants so they don't have to.
We also provide home owners wishing to sell their property quickly and with certainty, a means to do so providing them with a solution to their immediate problem allowing them to be able to move forward with their lives.
Properties requiring an uplift to be of the standards required for letting in the private rental sector is something we can help with. Our designs are simple, contemporary, space saving and luxurious as we believe in providing the best homes possible for tenants to enjoy living in, created for modern living with all the conveniences possible.
Our ethos is treating our members as we ourselves would wish to be treated. We provide great service through regular communication, risk analysis through due diligence and optimal care in management to ensure the we achieve the best outcome possible, in the shortest timeframe to be able to achieve optimal financial returns.
Services We Provide
We help our landlords rent their property removing the stress from managing the property and tenants so they can enjoy a passive, guaranteed monthly income for an agreed rental period, typically span 3-5 years, providing security of assured income.
We see to simple day to day minor repairs or maintenance issues which are not structural in nature, so our landlord's do not have to lose any time, money or sleep managing them themselves.
We look after our properties to ensure they are returned to Landlords in the same or even better condition at the end of the rental term. We ensure our properties are regularly cleaned and monitored for damages so these can be seen to as soon as possible to ensure the property is kept to the best maintained standards.
We provide a fully managed service so Landlords don't have to worry about vetting new tenants, dealing with contracts or managing any tenant queries that may arise for complete peace of mind and hassle free passive property investment.
